Keyonna Jones-Lindsay | Tribe Lead

Born + raised in Southeast, DC,  Keyonna graduated from St. John’s College High School in 2006 + started her collegiate career as a student of Psychology at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, N.C. In search of a more challenging path, she transferred to Philip Merrill’s College of Journalism at the University of Maryland, College Park where she received her Bachelors of Arts in Broadcast Journalism with a concentration in Education. Keyonna is now pursuing a Master’s in Science Management with a specialization in Public Relations,  while being a full time artist and mother of 2. Read More.

Shawn Lindsay

Shawn "Painta" Lindsay, originally from Forestville, Md, now lives and works in Southeast, DC. An energetic + enigmatic spirit, Shawn has been interested in art since he was a child. He draws inspiration from his daily life, cartoons + hip hop culture. Portrait painters such as John Singer Sargent, Henri Matisse, Alice Neil, + Jean Michel Basquiat also serve as inspirations. Shawn attended the Visual + Performing Arts program at Suitland High School + went on to study fine arts at the Art Academy of Cincinnati.
